Terms of Service

When you use any service developed by Nonius.ai LTD ("company", "we", "our", "us"), you are agreeing to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). We reserve the right to terminate your account if you violate these terms.

If you wish to be notified of changes to these terms and to the privacy policy, you can opt-in to such notifications in your account settings. We will always change the date at the top of the document if we make any changes.

These terms cover services ("Services") developed by Nonius.ai LTD. "You" and "Your" refers to the users who own and/or use an account with our Services.

Account Terms

  1. It is your responsibility to secure your account appropriately, ensuring that your password remains secret. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your account secure.
  2. Any use of the Services for illegal or immoral purposes is explcitly forbidden.
  3. You are responsible for any actiity associated with your account.
  4. Unless otherwise noted, you must not use the Services via automated programs. Crawling and programmatic access to our Services is explicitly forbidden.

Payment, Refunds, and Plan Changes

  1. We typically sell our Services via monthly subscriptions. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time by visiting your account settings.
  2. If you are downgrading to a cheaper plan, you will keep having access to the current plan until the end of the billing period. You will be charged the new rate at the start of the next billing period.
  3. If you are upgrading to a more expensive plan, we will charge your card immediately and your billing cycle starts on the day of upgrade.

Cancellation and Termination

  1. You can cancel your account at any time by navigating to your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will no longer be able to access the Services and your data may be permanently deleted.
  2. We will only allow you to cancel your account with one of our Services after you explicitly cancel any subscriptions you may have with that Service.
  3. We reserve the right to terminate your account for any reason at any time. We reserve the right to refuse the use of the Services to anyone for any reason at any time.
  4. Your account will be terminated and further legal action may be taken if you abuse or threaten to abuse a Company member.

Modifications to the Service and Prices

  1. We reserve the right to halt, permanently or temporarily, any part of our services with or without notice.
  2. We reserve the right to change the pricing asscociated with our services at any time. If we do so, and the change affects your account, we will notify you at least 4 weeks prior to the change taking effect.

Uptime, Security, and Privacy

  1. You agree to use of the Services at your own risk. Our Services are provided “as is”.
  2. We do not commit to uptime service level agreements. If you believe our services are down, please contact our support team.
  3. If we detect an abnormally high level of usage originating from your account, we may immediately disable it with or without notice.
  4. Your data will be kept in a secure environment and will be always encrypted in transit between your browser and our servers.
  5. We will process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Copyright and Content Ownership

You may not reuse, resell or redistribute any portion of the code, images or visual design elements that make up our websites, unless otherwise noted.

Liability

The Company is not liable to you or to any third party for damages that result from the use of the Services. The Company is also not liable for damages of any kind related to actions of any third party that uses the Services.
