This Privacy Policy explains how Nonius.ai LTD (“we”, “us”) handles information in Pitchpop (the “app”), a mobile application distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store.
The app does not require an account. It stores its data locally on your device.
We do not operate a backend server that collects or stores user information. Information you create or enter in the app is stored only on your device.
The app does not contain any third-party analytics, advertising or crash-reporting libraries.
The app’s only network activity is downloading static files, as described in section 3.
The app downloads static files it needs to function from Amazon CloudFront, a content delivery network operated by Amazon Web Services (AWS). All of these requests use HTTPS.
When your device requests a file, AWS receives technical information associated with the request, such as your IP address, the time of the request and the file requested. This is used to deliver the content and to operate and secure the service. The app does not include your locally stored data or anything you have entered in these requests.
We have not enabled CloudFront access logging, so we do not receive or store this information.
Requests may be served from AWS locations outside your country, including outside the UK and European Economic Area. For more information, see the AWS Privacy Notice.
Legal basis (UK/EU users): Where data protection law applies, we process request information on the basis of our legitimate interests in delivering and securing the app.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share data stored locally in the app with anyone, because we do not have access to it. The only third parties that handle information in connection with the app are:
Data you create in the app stays on your device until you delete it. You can remove it by clearing the app’s storage in your device settings or by uninstalling the app. We do not hold copies, and we do not maintain user accounts.
Request information handled by AWS is retained according to AWS’s own practices and we do not retain any of it ourselves.
Pitchpop is designed for footballers of all ages. It is not aimed specifically at children, but children may use it.
The app has no accounts, no sign-up, no advertising, no social or messaging features, and no way for anyone to submit personal information to us. Information entered in the app stays on the device. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
The only information involved in using the app is the technical data described in section 3 (such as an IP address), which is processed by AWS when the app downloads static files. We do not use this information to identify, profile or contact individual users, and we do not use it for advertising.
Parents and guardians can remove all app data by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app. If you have questions or concerns about your child’s use of the app, contact us at [email protected] .
The app only makes network requests to download static files, and all of them use HTTPS. Data stored on your device is protected by the operating system's app sandboxing and your device’s own security settings. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
We do not receive or maintain copies of the information you store locally in the app, and we do not maintain user accounts. AWS may process technical information, such as IP addresses, when delivering static files, as described in this policy. If you have a question about information handled by us, contact us using the details below.
Because we do not hold personal information about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you are in the UK or EU and have questions about your rights, or want to raise a concern, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
We may update this policy if the app’s functionality or data practices change. The current version is always available at the privacy policy URL on our Google Play and App Store listing, and the “last updated” date above will change.
